  1.  GREGORY PETER PANOS  has been active in the field of Virtual
  2.  Reality for almost 10 years. Currently a writer, entrepreneur
  3.  and inventor designing and developing state-of-the-art tech-
  4.  nology, Greg is active in the promotion of VR and real-world
  5.  VR applications. Areas of specialization include: "On-Body
  6.  Systems" for personal information \ communications, Videophone
  7.  system development and human personality archiving for virtual
  8.  reality related adventures and special event venues.

  10.  Having been active in the explosive growth of the computer
  11.  graphics field for over 10 years and after holding the post of
  12.  SIGGRAPH-L.A. Chairman for the 2 years, Greg has established a
  13.  name in many high technology circles. Working in human factors
  14.  simulation for the NASA Space Station Project at Rockwell
  15.  Intn'l's Space Division and having been invited to speak at
  16.  NASA Centers and major aerospace industry conferences, he has
  17.  been identified as a pioneer and futurist in the exciting area
  18.  of computer-human interfacing.

  20.  Recent inventions include the "Belt-Based-Computer", a concept
  21.  design believed to be the next phase of human-computer evolution
  22.  where each of use will be wearing our technological tools such
  23.  as information systems and communications channels "On-Body".
  24.  It will be these personal tools that will act on our behalf
  25.  to interface with an increasingly more complex technical and
  26.  machine inhabited world. Work in human interface design and
  27.  in real-time graphics feedback has placed Greg in key advisory
  28.  roles as a consultant in advanced strategic planning for major
  29.  corporations, entertainment conglomerates, leading-edge consumer
  30.  product development teams and multimedia organizations.

  32. Last, but most significant, Greg is starting a company in
  33. Beverly Hills, California called "PersonaForm". PFI will service
  34. the anticipated need for real people (initially show biz person-
  35. alities) to create virtual versions of themselves for storage
  36. and later use in features, theme venues and VR based future
  37. entertainment concepts. A "PersonaForm", as they are called,
  38. will be the most sacred of personal databases that one will
  39. update and fine-tune throughout their lifetime. It is believed
  40. that one's PersonaForm will be the most precious gift one will
  41. leave behind them after they have passed on into the next world.

  43. As a writer for Computer Graphics World, Computer Pictures
  44. Magazine and author of the "Virtual Reality Sourcebook",
  45. "Who's who in Virtual Reality", and associate editor of "Virtual
  46. Reality Systems" the world's first full color quarterly magazine
  47. on VR, Greg reports on the real and theoretical applications of
  48. this exciting new technology. He is available as a consultant
  49. to assist in your needs relating to new technology development
  50. and integration, strategic planning / partnerships, and marketing
  51. / media relations synergy.
